Ready to get started and wondering how to place an order?  
 
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:
Step 1
Click on the "Download Order Forms" button below.
Step 2
If you are a new client, in addition to the order forms you will need to download and carefully fill out the "Company Profile Form".  
 
If you are an existing client, all you need to do is to download and thoroughly fill out the applicable Order Form(s) (including any instructions or details) for Photography and/or Graphic Design services that fit your needs. 
Step 3
Send the completed Company Profile Form (for new clients) and Order Form(s) to us by fax: at (212) 302-2362, or through the Contact Us link. 
Step 4
Once we receive your Forms our representative will contact you to schedule a service date and to discuss any details that we need to know to deliver our high quality services. 
Step 5
If you are requesting a Photography service, please bring or ship us your items that need to be photographed to our main office located at: 7 West 45 Street, Suite 1601, New York, NY 10036. 
Step 6
